Creative thoughts are in charge of the entire planet. Creativity permits the students to think beyond the obvious and into a world of imaginative possibilities. When we come across a small lump of clay on the table, we may not know what to do with it. When a tiny child comes across it on the table, he is compelled to take it up, give it a form based on his creative ideas, give it life, and turn it into something else. Or you are asked launch course, you would think about all the help and guidance you wish as a student, and would create an optimum course which provides maximum advantages with little inputs.  So, what is the role of creativity in this situation? Creativity helps you to stand out and prevent you from choosing the most obvious solution to the problem.

Creativity is a tool that may convert or add a new dimension to anything or turn it into one or many other forms based on the creator’s imaginative capabilities. The next question is how is someone’s inventiveness measured.Creativity is an intangible quality that cannot be measured. It isn’t a physical thing. It is a complex intangible mixture of imaginative thinking space and ideas that blend and fuse to emerge from the creator’s head, directing him to take actions based on the creative thought process that just arose in his mind. Here are some tips you can follow to enhance creative environment in your classroom.

  1. Use More Colors: Colors are frequently associated with elementary schools, but encouraging students to consider new ways to use colour fosters creativity in all areas of life, not just education. Conversations on colours and how they are used can lead to discussions about moods, cultures, science, and the fine arts.
  2. Fieldwork: When the chance arises, teachers might take students outside of the classroom to demonstrate that the actual world is the ultimate classroom. Field visits help students envision what they’ve learned in class and develop creativity as they consider how to apply what they’ve learned in class to the real world.
  3. Involve Students in Teaching: To further engage students in the educational process, teachers can have them come up with some of the quiz questions or create engaging lesson plans. Pairing struggling students with high-achieving students stimulates creativity in the students who teach, as they create novel methods to communicate the content.
  4. Use Visualizations: Graphs can help students grasp things better, and mind mapping can aid with both the creative and learning processes. Also, it should be considered that every student has a different perceptual style which means they are receptive to either visual content, oral content or rhyming content etc. So just like people who think on create online courses pay special attention to perceptual style and enhancing the benefits offered to students, teachers should also focus on incorporating similar practice in their classroom.
  5. Listen to music: Music can be energising and inspiring. Why not incorporate it into your classroom? While there is no clear evidence of the impact of music , however incorporating music into the classroom can be a terrific method to motivate kids, help them picture using their imagination, and promote multi-sensory learning.
  6. Virtual Reality: Virtual Reality is a fantastic way for students to visualise environments and events that they won’t be able to experience in real life. While bringing virtual reality into the classroom can be costly, Google is now making its VR equipment available for free to schools.
  7. Combat functional fixedness: Teachers can use Torrance Tasks to assess student inventiveness. One simple activity is to introduce an object, such as a tin can, and have students identify all of the possible uses for it. This pushes kids to consider the world around them in new ways.
  8. Allow for movement: Get rid of the seating charts. Allow kids to wander about freely in the classroom. Offer quiet or sectioned-off locations for serious thought, as well as collaborative spaces for pupils. When kids are free to move around the classroom, they are more likely to be creative.
  9. Design a Versatile Classroom: Having a flexible classroom layout allows for both physical and mental movement; when your body can move, so can your mind.Students in virtual classrooms and flipped classrooms have access to internet-based learning in a classroom setting.
